1. The conviction that writing this little five-point thank you note will be the most important part of my day.
2. Having a laundry room downstairs so can wash my winter clothes before storing them.
3. Wil, who runs the valet service in the lobby where I can have all my sweaters dry cleaned for storage.  I’ve used his service only three or four times, but he remembers my name and apartment number in sight.
4. Winter clothes to store.  Not to mention space to store them and money to have them cleaned first.
5. And warm weather which warrants the storage of winter clothes in the first place.
