Day 94

  1. I ran and then had a fruit smoothie and salted cashews. I never enjoy juts and fruit more than after a run.
  2. I have no pain or discomfort whatsoever right now.
  3. I just ate dinner (ravioli) and had a glass of water.
  4. I took a break this afternoon to get a smoothie. It was warm and I was in shorts and it all felt good. I wasn’t aware at the time but it felt good.
  5. And now: it’s cool and the fan is blowing and it feels good.
