- I ran and then had a fruit smoothie and salted cashews. I never enjoy juts and fruit more than after a run.
- I have no pain or discomfort whatsoever right now.
- I just ate dinner (ravioli) and had a glass of water.
- I took a break this afternoon to get a smoothie. It was warm and I was in shorts and it all felt good. I wasn’t aware at the time but it felt good.
- And now: it’s cool and the fan is blowing and it feels good.
