1. I went to the dentist yesterday. As much as I dread it, I must be grateful that there are people to help me take care of my teeth.
2. And it wasn’t a terrible experience: I took an Aleve an hour before and Nellie used a numbing agent. To be honest it wasn’t uncomfortable at all beyond laying there with your mouth open and being picked at. No worse than a haircut.
3. A banana, strawberry, orange smoothie for lunch.
4. It was 80+ degrees today.
5. The window is open and the fan is blowing.
