1. I am able to visit Charlie, and have the willingness to do, however uncomfortable it may be. Whatever that is, it’s an asset and I’m grateful it.
2. Hershey chocolate nuggets with almonds. I always take him some candy, and enjoyed it myself.
3. Along with a cappuccino I picked up at the little cafe on 238th st.
4. The little boy next to me in the train, so cheerful to be drinking juice and twirling his (or his dad’s) earbuds.
5. This moment of peace and quiet I’m going to take now to meditate.
