1. The meeting was a success and now I’m headed home.
2. I had a 50-minute massage at the Spa Grande. Lara was my masseuse and David was my hydrotherapy attendant. It was wonderful.
3. Water. In all its forms. I love water. I spent an our in the hydrotherapy spa: baths in mineral waters; massaging waterfalls; hot tubs; steam rooms; all of it. I love it.
4. The gala apple I just ate.
5. Matt, who grew up in Kennesaw and moved to Maui when the economy collapsed and now is driving me to the airport.
