1. I ran 30 minutes (ran/walked) this afternoon, enjoying the air, foliage, and ocean.
2. The shower here feels so good. The handheld nozzle, especially.
3. Niall’s book is stories and poems, Fall Risk, was released. I am able to give him support and encouragement.
4. Donald trump is afraid of sharks and told his porn star girlfriend he wouldn’t give to any charity that supports them. I think that’s deliciously silly.
5. I’m about to take a bath in my giant Grand Wailea tub. I can sink in up to my nose.
