1. A tug boat gliding up the East River at 2:05 am.  The reflections of it red and amber lights in the silky, oily black water.
2. A helicopter floating by silently in the opposite direction.  The same red and amber lights.
3. The yellow-orange half moon.
4. The stillness and ambient white noise of an open window at night.
5. The darkness.
