1. This visit to meet C’s biological father is almost over. I’m glad I came to support him, but I found myself profoundly disturbed.
2. The Harley Davidson Trump guy I had the experience of hearing first-hand. NFL, The Wall, the whole bit. He disturbed me profoundly, but the opportunity to meet that person was worth gratitude.
3. The gentle air conditioning on my leg, here in the back seat of C’s truck.
4. My own family, person by person.
5. Nancy, whom I get to go home to. I miss her and I miss our home.
