1. Dinner with Dave tonight. His mother is in her final days and it was good to spend time with him and give him support.
2. I saw Saturn and Jupiter tonight. And Mars.* what an amazing thing to see another world.
3. The SkyGuide app that let me know what I was looking at. We went down to the water a while after dinner.
4. The water seemed so heavy and thick. Like oil. In all the time I’ve lived here I’ve only been to the water at night a handful of times.
5. And the sound of the water, too, rocking a barge next to us.
