1. It’s Thanksgiving 2016 and as good a day as any to restart my gratitude list.
2. You don’t care if I start again with 1 and use numerals instead of spelling out the day numbers.  You don’t care if I repeat things.  In fact, it’s not for You at all.  
3. I have such an abundance of clean water that I used a whole potful today to rinse some bowls.
4. Nancy made a lovely dinner.  She worked all day on a 10-pound turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, and green beans.  Just for me and her mom.
5. I chaired the 7:30 meeting tonight and there were several people who said they needed to be there.
