1. I am sober.
2. I no longer want to kill myself.  It doesn’t even cross my mind.
3. It’s 12:44 and 39 degrees and I’m in a warm bed with Holly beside me.
4. As annoying as we sometimes are, I am American; a share tonight from someone newly naturalized reminded me of my gratitude for that.
5. I had the opportunity to qualify tonight and to remind myself how far I’ve come.
