Day One Hundred Thirty-six

  1. Not only do I have clean clothes and towels and sheets, the laundry is in the building.
  2. The stubble growing in on the shaved head of a woman in the subway; the momentary clarity that each of them was growing on its own, undergoing its own process and that those were just the hairs on a single person’s head; consider the near infinite processes of life on Earth (and elsewhere) and Your consciousness of them all.
  3. The money and wherewithal to buy gifts for Preston, Hudson, Mary Kathryn, Emma, and Lizzie.  It’s a pleasure cynicism or penury would keep from me.
  4. The Museum of Natural History gift shop where I spent almost 3 hours shopping.
  5. A delicious mid-day nap.

Many thanks,

Me
