Day One Hundred Thirty-two

  1. I have $71 in my pocket.
  2. The scent of lavender.
  3. A deep meditation this afternoon that bordered on conscious dreaming.  I’m not entirely sure I wasn’t asleep.
  4. Laughter with friends at Tribeca.  The meeting had begun and was all men until Andrea arrived and there was a moment of recognition and Doug said, “Look, it’s a girl.”  A simple thing, but these are the people I see most every day and it warms me to laugh with them.  I stood with Sean for a while since he had an hour to kill before his train and a group walked past us going to get frozen yogurt, they said for us to join them and we did.  It was very casual and easy, as among close friends.
  5. The baked chicken and yellow rice with potatoes and carrots at Sophie’s.  This might be a repeat, but it’s worth it.

Many thanks,

Me
