1. This bug on the ceiling and the insane, drunken, directionless flight patterns he launches into.  
2. Kat appears to be nearing the end:  barely conscious, if at all, and bed-ridden in a nursing home.  However mean she might have been to me when I was a kid, I’m grateful she has family to visit her.  More selfishly, I’m grateful for my own mobility and health.
3. Dad and Cherry, Todd and Cindy, and Mary Kathryn, Emma, and Lizzie arrived today.  We had fun rides in from the airport, Indian for dinner, and ice cream after.

5. Delicious ice cream from Van Leeuwen.
