1. The memebers of the Wylie “Poison Squad”, who in 1906 tested, first-person, preservatives like formaldyhyde and copper sulfate.
2. The window fan.
3. The 19th floor terrace re-opened last week and I was able to sit out there and talk in the phone to Danny while watching the moon and enjoying the evening air.
4. Danny, my first sponsee to “get it”.  He’s been sad and missing his mother who died a few years ago.  
5. The willingness and ability to provide an ear for him earlier as he discussed finally clearing her stuff out if the closets.
